Rosé dry

This wine is the fruit of a blending of 70% Pinot noir and 30% Chardonnay, blended with red coteaux champenois elaborated on Bouzy terroir.

The elegant, precise and black-fruity nose is dominated by blackberry, blackcurrant and morello cherry. A generous style, coated with sweetness, reminds of fruits in syrup. The great aromatic richness leads to a generous and full-bodied palate revealing crispy summer fruits (cherries, nectarines). A straightforward and balanced champagne.

Rosé dry

Ce vin est le fruit d'un assemblage de 70 % Pinot Noir et 30 % Chardonnay. Il est plus dosé en liqueur. Le Pinot Noir provient de nos plus vieilles vignes du terroir de Bouzy.
Une belle robe rose. Le nez fruité laisse dévoiler des arômes de fruits rouges.

C'est un Rosé frais et gourmand, parfait pour accompagner vos desserts.

Brut Cuvée de Buretel

This wine is the fruit of a blending of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay selected on our terroir Grand Cru classified.

On a beautiful and generous effervescence, the white foam of this Champagne contrasts with an amber colour. The aromatic expression refers to the sweet white flowers, a hint of spices, citrus and white fruit in syrup. On the palate, we can notice the fine balance of the two grape varieties. The Pinot Noir brings power while Chardonnay brings finesse.

Brut Cuvée Réservée Nicolas d'Olivet 2019

It’s a vintage 2019.

It is composed of 60 % Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay.

A beautiful golden colour. A mineral nose on the chalk, flint then opens on linden, black pepper, plum and almond. The palate is quite vivid with good acidity, on marmalade notes of pear, grapes, apple. The mouth is structured on a final marked by the minerality.

Brut Millésime 2015

It’s a 2015 wine.

This wine is the result of a blending of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay selected on our terroir, Grand Cru classified. Discret when it is being served, the foam is delicate on a beautiful yellow gold. The nose is fine and delicate, and there are notes of candied yellow fruit, sweet mature flowers and touches of spicies. The mouth full of vinosity reminds of summer fruit jams ( nectarine, apricots ) and a toasted taste.

This wine is the result of a  blending of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.

Brut Cuvée Antide

This wine exclusively produced from our old vines, is the result of a blending of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay vinified and matured in oak barrels.

Light golden colour. A nose with wooden caracteristics strengthened by an aftertaste of red fruit and fruit jelly. A fleshy attack, thin bubbles, a very fresh, long and well bound style.

The fruit is very present and the wood taste is well melted.

Grand Cru

This wine is the result of a blending of 70 % Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.

The Pinot Noir, a part of which is vinified in red wine comes from our oldest vines from the terroir of Bouzy. A beautiful pink colour, with salmoned reflections. This Champagneis at first fine and subtile, the nit reveals its richness and complexity. The match of red fruit with black fruit reveals a balance on the palate between the power of the Pinot Noir and the natural acidity of the grapes. A delicate and well built rosé for a festive foretaste.

Blanc de Noirs

Grand Cru

It's a 2013 wine. It's made with 100 % Pinot Noir, it's a " Blanc de Noirs ". It contains no dosage.

This Bland de Noirs, Extra Brut highlights our Pinot Noir. A beautiful golden colour. The nose is linked by white fruit in full maturity with a nice touch of citrus. The mouth is led by a nice tension of pretty aromatic notes ( mandarin and lemon jam) with a more mineral finish.

Ce vin est le fruit d’un assemblage de 70% Pinot Noir et 30 % Chardonnay.

Sur une belle et généreuse effervescence, la mousse blanche de ce Champagne tranche sur une robe ambrée. L’expression aromatique porte sur les fleurs blanches suaves, une pointe d’épices, d’agrumes et de fruits blancs au sirop. En bouche, on retrouve le bel équilibre des deux cépages. Le Pinot Noir apporte la puissance et le Chardonnay, la finesse.
