This wine is the result of a  blending of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.

On a beautiful and generous effervescence, the white foam of this Champagne contrasts with an amber colour. The aromatic expression refers to the sweet  white flowers, a hint of spicies,   citrus and white fruit in syrup. On the palate, we can notice the fine balance of the 2 grape varieties. The Pinot Noir brings power while Chardonnay brings finess.
